Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made by courier, and orders are delivered Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed before 2pm, for next day delivery, and orders placed after 2pm, will be delivered within 2 days. If an order is placed before 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made the following Monday. If an order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made the following Tuesday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged by telephone at an extra charge.  

Carriage prices cover most of the UK, and are a fixed rate of £7.50 per item. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man however, will be subject to delivery surcharges. Please contact us for details.

Delivery is via a signature on delivery service. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to New Tastes and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing.

All address information must be accurate, including the postcode, and the recipient's telephone number. New Tastes cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
